RACE DETAILS - Held in Kannapolis, NC - “A Top Hidden Gem City in the U.S.” At the Kannapolis YMCA and throughout downtown Kannapolis. Swim: 300 meter pool swim (Newly renovated!) Bike: 12 miles in the country roads of Kannapolis, the course will be open to traffic Run: 3.1 miles on a greenway with a water station. Athlete can compete as individuals or as a relay team. Relay teams not to exceed 3 athletes.
